The HD1054 acoustic insulation system from Hush Acoustics combines high performing Hush-Slab sound absorbers and acoustic plasterboard to deliver a very effective sound insulation solution for double timber stud walls.
Fully tested as a complete system, HD1054 allows the creation of a lightweight stud wall that features a clear 50mm gap which separates the two timber studs. It is suitable for use all kinds of in new build, conversion and refurbishment projects with the assurance that is complies with the standards set out in all UK Building Regulations - Approved Document E (England & Wales), Section 5 (Scotland) and Part G (Northern Ireland).
As with all Hush Acoustics systems, HD1054 has been developed by sound insulation specialists in the UK and it utilises a variety of the company's high performing insulation products. It is formed in the following way:

Results based on all Hush materials listed in the Hush System HD1054 data sheet being used. Results are also based on correct installation and all flanking paths being treated.
