Roof Hatch - 50mm Insulation

Surespan SRHP75 roof access hatches are manufactured in Aluminium with 50mm thermal break and 50mm polyisocyanurate insulation offering a U-value of 0.43W/m.
Offering a full 75mm thermally broken composite lid and upstand. With 75mm insulation. Comes as standard with a curb liner, 300mm upstand, with internal Hasp & Staple.
Two insulation options available:
50mm 0.43 W/m²K Polyisocyanurate Insulation
50mm 0.78 W/m²K Non-combustible Mineral Wool
The SRHP50 roof hatch can made to bespoke sizes with standard stocked sizes available.

The roof hatch can be manufactured from:
Aluminium - Mill finish as standard.
Stainless Steel - Satin Polished or brushed.
The roof hatch can manufactured as manual operated gas spring assisted or electric 24v actuator. Accessories include a ZIP retractable ladder and ceiling access panel for the complete access solution.
