SkyHatch Roof Access Rooflight

The SkyHatch range of roof access rooflights are designed specifically to provide a cost effective means of regularly accessing your roof or roof terrace with the minimum of effort. There are two versions available:

SkyHatch Manual roof access rooflight

The SkyHatch Manual has been developed using ‘open assist’ a combination of gas struts and spring assisted opening mechanisms designed to make the unit easier to open without causing too much effort when closing the unit. It features a twin locking mechanism for increased security and three staged silicone bubble and blade seals for exceptional air tightness and thermal performance.

For optimum balance and control the SkyHatch Manual is available in three sizes (measured to external kerb dimensions) 2000mm x 1100mm, 1500mm x 1100mm or 1100mm x 1100mm and open to approximately 75 degrees, providing plenty of space to safely step through the unit onto your terrace. The units are hinged on the longest length.
