- The roof hatch with fixed design staircase is used as a very stylish means of access to luxury roof terraces in European city centres.
- The roof hatch with the fixed Aluminium staircase is used for Industrial Buildings, to provide access for inspection and maintenance of the roof and different installations located on the roof.
