Galtres Blend is one of our most popular and beautiful handmade brick blends, which has recently been shortlisted for a BDA Award ('Hulmefield Hall').
The product is a Sand moulded light medium-brown brick which appears tinged with red, buff and dark patches throughout.
Self Builders and Architects have often delighted in how well this blend compliments Sandstone Features or Buff detailing.
The Galtres are also a component of our pre-2009 Old Clamp Blend, referred to as the '5-Brick Old Clamp Blend' where multi-tonal colours are required for a more specific brick match.
