Ready-to-install, metal-framed, non-plumbed washroom panelling system. Available with or without locks.
Non-plumbed, framed wall panelling system, giving you the flexibility to choose and install your sanitaryware. Suitable for all washroom environments.
Product features:
- Hinged access panel using riveted linear-bearing hinges in zinc-plated steel and nylon with riveted panel ratchets in zinc-plated steel allowing 10 different opening heights.
- Subframe tie-back system using M8 zinc-plated steel tie-back rods and supporting bracketry in zinc-plated steel.
- Riveted slider brackets in nylon allow the top panel to rise and fall where a mid-mounted panel is hinged.
- Riveted push-pull clips where applicable to allow bottom panels to be removed.
- Micro panel lock in polished stainless steel to provide a tamper-proof security fixing to the duct panels.
- Integrated factory-fitted WC carrier in 26 mm SGL for wall hung WCs.
Detailing:
Panels: Available in MFC, HPL, SGL, ColourCoat, ColourCoat High Gloss and Veneer.
Docking frame: Headrail and baserail manufactured from extruded aluminium section.
Subframes: Manufactured from rolled galvanised steel section with aluminium cross brace bars. Subframe installed within aluminium docking frame by click-fix nylon location brackets. Back panels fixed to steel section by nylon clips.
Linear-bearing hinge: Manufactured from zinc plated steel with chrome plated rivets and black glass filled nylon linear-bearing, set at fixed height of 1950mm.
Panel lock (optional): Manufactured from stainless steel with a polished finish in set positions.
