The Visum3 Interlocking Plain tile is a unique clay roof tile which is designed to replicate smaller slate and clay plain tiles but requires just 12.5 tiles to the square metre. The unique design of this highly engineered interlocking tile allows for not only a cost saving on material but also efficiencies with labour and savings on ancillary products like roofing batten.
Visum3 Plain tiles are suitable for a minimum pitch of 24 degrees, a lot lower than traditional plain tiles. This allows for greater flexibility in your roof design. With a 100 year guarantee you can be sure that by specifying and using the Visum3 you will have a quality roof to last a lifetime.
