EWI - External Wall Insulation Cavity Rail System with Render for timber and steel frame construction

The Jubizol Cavity Rail system is a BBA certified insulation system designed to provide the required drainage and ventilation to a framed construction without reducing the thermal benefits of using the external wall insulation and render finish.
Approved by the NHBC and other building insurance companies, the system provides a minimum cavity of 15mm for steel frame structures and a minimum 20mm cavity for timber frame structures, whilst the specially designed base tracks only allow for drainage of the cavity. With insulation thicknesses of up to 200mm, low U Value are possible along with a wide range of finishes and colours that provide a long-term, durable finish to the building.
