The story of ASSMANN BROMBEL GMBH & CO. KG began in 1939 when Heinrich Ahsmann took over the village carpenters workshop. By 1967 he had built it up into a craftsman's business with 15 members of staff. When Dieter Ahsmann joined the company as Managing Director and the premises were moved to their current location, ASSMANN started to grow into an industrial enterprise. Today ASSMANN is a future-oriented family company in its third generation in Melle, near Osnabrck in Lower Saxony. ASSMANN uses state-of-the-art machinery to craft functional and lovingly designed contemporary office furniture that satisfies the even the highest quality standards.
