AUTOMATIC TRACKED SLIDING GATES

Zaun s automatic tracked sliding gates, specifically designed to run on tracks installed onto the roadway. Each sliding gate is available in bespoke designs with your choice of height and width and available in a wide range of RAL colours. Tracked sliding gates manufactured in variable widths of up to 35,000 mm. Supplied in a standard height of 2400 mm with a maximum gate leaf height of 5000 mm. Bespoke heights and widths available upon request. Constructed using fully welded construction rectangular hollow section. A combination of vertical bar infill backed by welded mesh. Designed for continuous & frequent use and 100 % Operating duty cycle. With typical operating speeds of 225-500mm/second, depending on configuration. These automatic tracked sliding gates, manufactured with a variety of infill options, ranging from welded and woven mesh to vertical bar and also solid panels. Each infill option also designed to match and suit the fence line or local environment. The track work is cast into the concrete foundation which is poured in two stages. The track is also bolted down first to pour the concrete and the second pour brings the level up to the finished road level. Each track is usually 5mm below the finished road level. Available with sliding gate safety control systems, vehicle detector loops, safety photocells, ultra-sonic sensors and safety edges are also available. Also available with a variety of gate toppings and accessories such as signage, audible alarms and flashing beacons.
