Foil-Tec is an ultra-thin, flexible, easy-to-install, vapour control and insulating membrane for roofs, walls, and floors.
Foil-Tec effectively controls condensation and air tightness in both roofs and walls, while offering great thermal benefits. Foil-Tec can also be used independently as an insulation membrane in floor applications.

- R-Value in a Roof up to 0.980 m K/W, equivalent to 45mm Mineral Wool Insulation.
- R-Value in a Wall up to 1.480 m K/W, equivalent to 65mm Mineral Wool Insulation.
- Built in airtight vapour control layer to prevent the passage of moisture, reducing the risk of condensation
- Up to 66% reduction in heat loss, saving you money on your energy bills (based on a single layer in a solid wall)
- Suitable for Roofs, Wall, Floors and many more applications
- Thin, Flexible, lightweight, and easy to install
