Shock Absorbing Shims

These circular shims are styled and shaped in the same design as the standard Plastic levelling shim, but are made from rubber instead of plastic to reduce sound and vibration from traffic passing to the roof deck below.
The shims are 2.5mm thick and are suitable for both Paving and Timber decking support pads and pedestals.
timThey act as an effective vibration or sound control layer. They deaden the sound of pedestrian traffic over slabs, tiles or timber decking.
This can be of enormous benefit on projects where terraces or walkways are constructed on top of residential properties and can drastically improve the experience of residents.
