TransAtec 1140 Double Seal Mechanical Floor & Deck Seismic Expansion Joint
The TransAtec 1140 is a double PVC-Nitrile seal, mechanical seismic expansion joint with a smooth transit central pan system suitable for floors and decks.
The central pan system can be filled with a high strength epoxy mortar (A01). Alternatively, the system can be supplied with an aluminum, galvanized steel or stainless steel checker plate to improve the anti-slip resistance in wet conditions (C01).
This joint provides excellent movement capacities up to +/-50% of the structural gap and is suitable for large amounts of pedestrian and vehicular traffic.
