The Flip Fix wall or ceiling access panel has a metal faced door and 20mm mitreless picture frame and is supplied with a Flush Lock which adds to the sleek clean design of the panel.

The panel is 1 hour fire rated as standard. Suitable for building services, concealed flues, ducts and chimney systems. Ideal for Part J Building Regulations. Available in small and large sizes: 150x150mm, 200x200mm, 300x300mm, 450x450mm, 550x550mm, 600x300mm, 600x600mm, 900x600mm and 1200x600mm.

Save time and money on fitting as this is the easiest Fire Rated Access Panel to install, no need for a timber surround to screw into. The revolutionary FlipFix device clamps up to plasterboard (please see fitting video above in the images). The FLIPFIX Access Panels come with a unique Fitting Device making it 5 times quicker to fit compared to a traditional panel saving you 80% on fitting costs. You simply just cut, Flip and Fix with drill set to torque level 3.

The FlipFix device easily secures the panel against plasterboard with a thickness from 8mm to 32mm.
