Fakro Loft Ladder - LSF Fire Rated Loft Ladder with Access Hatch
The Fakro fire rated loft ladder with access hatch come fully assembled, delivered to site ready to install. The hatch and ladder combination offers a simple and easy solution for access to loft space. The access hatch has a 60 minute fire rating (E12 60) The ladder is equipped with an expanding seal, which under the influence of high volume temperatures increases its volume and prevents fire from spreading to the fire free storey. The simple FAKRO hinge and bracket system enables the Ladder to be moved in and out of a loft space with little effort.
