Tough Plus Double Cabin Bed with headboard

Tough Plus Double Cabin Bed with headboard constructed with a solid beech timber leg with 18mm melamine faced MDF panels edged with 2mm ABS edging tape. Solid 18mm base. The interior features mortice & tenon joints with a solid 24mm plywood bearer with heavy duty steel clips and a reinforcement bar below the solid bed base to create a robust bed frame. Nylon caps are fitted to the bottom of the timber legs to help alleviate issues with moisture ingress. The 2 drawers feature a 40kg rating draw runner and hardened steel restraint to prevent draws being removed and the double cupboard is fitted with our anti-ligature strip hinge.
This product is available without a headboard if there is an anti-ligature requirement.
