Roof Access Hatch - Standard + Bespoke
Surespan Thermally Broken single leaf roof access hatches features a 75mm fully thermally broken frame with 75mm insulation offering a U-value of 0.26W/m K. Hatches are manufactured in aluminium extrusion grade 6063T6 and aluminium sheet grade 1050. Non-combustible Mineral Wool Insulation can also be specified for no additional cost.
The gas spring assisted opening lid is supported by heavy-duty stainless steel hinges and fixings. The 300mm upstand has a purpose made flashing clips to accept the roof felt to make it weatherproof.
Designed to be easily operated by one person, the hatch features a gas spring assisted opening lid which incorporates a grip handle and safety hold-open stay to prevent against accidental closure.
The SRHP75 is the standard go to Roof hatch with 75mm insulation, suitable for the wide variety of roofing types and insulation offering 0.26 W/m K insulation. Stock sizes and bespoke this includes additional requirements such as handholds and hand railing. They can also be used on pitched roofs.
The hatches are complete with a 300mm insulated and thermally broken upstand with 117mm fixing flange and integral weathering lip.
