This handle is designed to be routed into the part of the door edge that you'd hold in order to open or close it. It's really designed for Sliding Doors, as fingers can be inserted from both sides of the sliding door and also from the square at the edge of the door for those who have Doors sliding into a pocket (with restricted access to all but the edge of the door).
This handle requires an adhesive for installation (such as a 2-part epoxy, not supplied)
It comes in varying sizes, affecting the width of the handle; ie the thickness of the door to ensure the perfect fit.
The width has two measurements, the width of the door it is designed to fit into and the overall width of the handle, which is a little larger to allow for a lip around the outside (unless you choose to rout out the door to counter this).
The sizes are not exhaustive that are found here, if you would like other sizes please do let us know, especially if ordering in any quantity where we can potentially make them bespoke for you.
These handles are made from 304 Stainless Steel with a Satin finish or the antique bronze models are made of brass.
Please note that these product properties are not a replacement for the manufacturer's literature and it is always recommended that Sugatsune Kogyo UK Ltd is consulted before specifying.
