Roof access hatch with retractable ladder
The TopAccess roof access hatch with retractable ladder is a integrated roof access solution. This not only results in an aesthetically appealing design but also time savings during installation. This is an ideal solution, especially for areas with a suspended ceiling. Depending on the distance between the roof and ceiling (plenum) the hatch/ladder combination is delivered with extra steps. These steps are adjustable, ensuring ergonomic, safe roof access. When closed, the retractable ladder disappear into the empty space between the ceiling and the roof. This makes a roof hatch with retractable ladder the most space-saving solution for accessing the roof.
