With a width of 120 cm, Portofino offers 5 different cooking types for versatility and quality comparable to professional kitchen appliances. The hob comprises induction, three gas burners including one ultra-rapid burner and an electric teppanyaki plate for preparing delicious grilled dishes Asian style. Beneath the hob are two ovens: one multifunction oven with Direct Steam technology, and a Pyrolytic oven.
Portofino cookers feature large, professional-style control knobs which are extremely ergonomic.
Temperature probes ensure perfect cooking results every time. The core temperature of food is monitored via a sensor located in the tip of the probe. By inserting into the thickest part of the meat, various cuts and sizes can be cooked precisely & to your preferred temperature for complete cooking control and truly succulent dishes.
Portofino cooker doors are equipped with smooth soft close hinges which can make all the difference when opening & shutting the door regularly.
The 120cm Portofino cooker has two handy storage compartments, one below each oven, perfect for storing shelves and trays when not in use or other items.
