ProRend Prep Basecoat
DESCRIPTION
ProRend Prep Basecoat is very suitable for levelling and renovation indoors and outdoors on mineral and synthetic resin bound backgrounds. ProRend Prep Basecoat can be finished with ProRend decorative renders, Silicate Paint, or ProRend thin or decorative renders. ProRend Prep Basecoat is also suitable as a background for tiling.
COMPOSITION
High-quality, factory-composed dry mortar according to DIN 18557 and 18550. Fineness and grain composition of the sand according to DIN 4226, part 1, grain composition 0 – 1.5 mm. Binding agent according to DIN 1060 and 1164 and approved additives, e.g. alkaliresistant reinforcement fibre, for better workability and obtaining the desired qualities.
CHARACTERISTICS
ProRend Prep is a smooth render, easy to apply by hand or machine. ProRend Prep Basecoat has very good bonding after drying, is vapour-permeable and water-repellent.
