LPS1175 SR3 Security Rated Steel Door

Our SR3 rated doors are LPCB certified to LPS1175 and have undergone further testing in order to achieve Secured by Design status, an initiative which helps to ‘design out’ crime through the use of high-quality, innovative products and processes.

BRE conducts extensive testing using items such as bolt cutters, gas torches, scissor jack, fluorocarbon based freeze spray and other manual tools to ensure that the SR3 door meets the specified time protection requirements of 5 minutes of continual attack.

SR3 doors provide moderate security and resistance to determined attempts at forced entry, using a physical force and a vast range of hand tools, including those that create noise.
