Roof-Pro's free-standing supports are designed to allow for simple and quick installation of services without penetrating the roof build-up, hence avoiding Part L of the Building Regulations and cold bridging issues. Future roof maintenance access is facilitated by supporting the services clear of the building finishes, avoiding future decommissioning of services for the building owner.
Small pipe:
The TAB-P support utilizes a Single broad base that provides effective non-penetrative support for small pipe runs. Installation is simple with each cable tray support comprising galvanized studding and an open channel beam that permits locating and levelling of service runs.
Medium sized pipe runs:
Where there is a requirement for medium sized pipe runs, then the TAB-P-500, 750 and 1000 provide sturdy yet flexible support. Each support consists of two height adjustable TAB supports with an open channel at widths of 500, 750 or 1000 mm, with bespoke sizes available on request.
Multiple pipes and large pipes:
For multiple pipes, larger pipes, or where a higher support height or multiple support heights are required, the Roof-Pro RP-DPK or RP-POD supports would be utilized. For the RP-DPK there are three standard beams widths of 1000, 1500 or 2000 mm, and bespoke beam sizes on request. These supports can have either threaded, or threaded and pivoting legs and bases, dependent on the roof fall and the level of adjustment onsite required.
