Manufactured using a special patented process that incorporates end-of-life bitumen and polyolefin products, EshaUniversal is a shrink-free single layer membrane that is more flexible and stronger than conventional membranes and has greater stability and durability.

EshaUniversal Overlay Systems provide an efficient way of improving the thermal efficiency of an existing building, reducing the annual heat energy costs. They are installed over a suitably prepared existing roof surface, a Radmat Total Care survey is required to assess condition and suitability. In New build applications a suitable structural deck must be provided. Green Roof Systems are available for Overlay, Upgrade & New Build applications.
