Protec Warm Roof Systems
Protec is a highly versatile, fast curing, fully reinforced cold liquid applied membrane system, suitable for a wide range of roofing and waterproofing applications.
The Protec RapidCure technology utilises catalyst, accelerators and inhibitors allowing full control over cure times across a wide range of temperatures all year round. The seamless Protec membrane features the optimum combination of flexibility and toughness, making it suitable for roofs, terraces and walkways of all sizes including situations requiring regular foot traffic. Where new insulation is required, the Protec Warm Roof System can be specified as a flat or tapered scheme to provide a highly efficient solution and meet the very highest thermal performance requirements. Protec offers lasting weatherproof protection for at least 25 years (BBA Cert. No. 09/4676) and is supported by Polyroof s Approved System Guarantees for up to 25 years.

- Flexible and tough membrane - A flexible hybrid polymer waterproofing system with flexibility and robustness.

- Seamless waterproof membrane - Applied as a liquid, Protec forms a seamless waterproof membrane with no joints, no welds and no weak points.
- Cold applied installation with zero risks from hot works - Unlike many traditional roofing materials that require open flame hot works to install, Protec is fully cold applied meaning there are no risks of accidental fire during installation.
- Fire performance - Classified as BROOF(t4), the top rating achievable for a flat roof system and designating Protec as unrestricted under the national requirements.
- Protec is BBA approved (Cert No. 09/4676) with a certified lifespan of at least 25 years. Protec is also FM Approved and ETA Certified (ETA-20/0914) with CE marking.
- Suitable for use with zero falls in accordance with BBA certificate BBA (09/4676).
- Manufactured in accordance with BS EN ISO 9001:2015 and BS EN 14001:2015.
