Our wedge shaped box is designed to provide the ideal nest site for treecreepers. It is best mounted on the trunk of a tree with some cover such as ivy nearby. It has small side entrance holes for the birds and can be accessed for cleaning through its hinged roof. The base has a slot for drainage to ensure the box stays dry and comfortable for the inhabitants.
These bird boxes are constructed from precision cut FSC certified external grade European birch plywood and have been treated with an environmentally friendly preservative which is kind to the birds but helps to ensure long lasting dry comfortable nest boxes
