Geberit Mera Wash Dry Toilet
The Geberit Mera is a wash-and-dry toilet system designed to enhance independence, hygiene, and accessibility within assisted bathrooms, hygiene rooms, Changing Places facilities, and home adaptations. Combining the functions of a WC, bidet, and warm-air dryer, the Mera provides a hands-free cleaning cycle that can be customised to individual user needs.
The unit offers adjustable water temperature, spray pattern, and intensity, along with warm-air drying and optional feminine wash functionality. All settings can be controlled via side-mounted buttons, the handheld remote, or infrared activation, supporting users with limited mobility or dexterity. An integrated odour extraction system with charcoal filtration helps maintain air quality within enclosed hygiene spaces.
The Mera is height-adjustable at the point of installation, allowing seat height to be set between 440–560 mm to suit transfer requirements from wheelchairs and other equipment. It is compatible with most shower chairs and assistive seating used in care and SEN environments.
Installation requires only a cold-water supply, standard WC waste connection, and a 240 V power supply, making it suitable for both new-build and retrofit projects. The system includes automatic nozzle cleaning before and after each use, a dirt-repellent ceramic surface, and an IPX4 protection rating for bathroom environments.
With a maximum load of 150 kg, multiple programmed wash cycles, and intuitive user controls, the Geberit Mera provides a robust solution for accessible bathroom layouts requiring enhanced hygiene and user autonomy.
