Classroom Ceiling Hoist System with GH1 Hoist
A full-coverage 6 × 6 m or 8 × 8 m H-frame ceiling hoist system designed for classroom environments where safe, efficient student handling is required. This configuration incorporates the GH1 ceiling hoist unit, offering a reliable and cost-effective solution for everyday lifting tasks in educational settings
The system can be supplied with either B-rail or C-rail profiles to suit structural conditions and project requirements, providing a stable and unobtrusive installation. With only four primary fixings, the layout maintains generous clear spans and simplifies coordination with mechanical, electrical, and above-ceiling services.
The GH1 system provides a Safe Working Load of 200 kg (31.5 st), meeting the Department for Education (DfE) guidance and performance criteria for inclusive and accessible learning environments.
