A composite panel can be required in an enormous range of applications. Morland specialise in non structural decorative Composite Panels. Particually where weight is a consideration we can engineer a product that is attractive, stable and lightweight.

In certain industries saving weight is a key priority.  Products used in standard interiors need to be replicated with the same emphasis on design and durability, but with a fraction of the weight.

Morland’s expertise in sourcing lightweight woods and in manufacturing low density composite panels, gives us an important advantage at the start of the technical design process.

Edges are finished with PVC, ABS or real wood banding up to 3mm thick.  We can handle tight radii features and can produce perfect butt joints.

3D modelling software provides customers with rendered versions of how products will look, and provides information on final product weight.  In production, the most advanced machinery guarantees the highest level of accuracy and finish every time.
