An alternative style option to Ribbed Carpet with Cassette Brush fulfilling the same functions within fully covered areas additional dirt removal may be required. True to size, rollable and easy to clean.
For Indoor Use - Ribbed carpet is a durable, moisture-absorbing material. Brush Strips effectively protect high-quality floors against damage. Sound-absorbing, dimensionally stable, rollable and easy to clean. Available in any width and
length. Special shapes at extra charge.
1,0 mm thick warp resistant Aluminium profile interconnected with PVC coated AISI 316 Stainless Steel Wire rope.
Seal: Rustproof special nipple with Stainless steel socket-head cap screw
UV resistant polypropylene high density ribbed carpet
Standard colours Ribbed Carpet: Anthracite, Light Grey, Mottled Beige, Mottled Blue;
Special colours (without surcharge): Mottled Green and Blue
Alternating with 6 Grade Nylon Brush Strip secured in a warp resistant aluminium profile
Available colours Brush Strips: Black, Grey and Blue
Base of mat is mechanically fitted with rubber inserts for anti slippery and noise reduction
Height approx. 17 and 22 mm
Profile spacing: 4, 6 und 8 mm (Spacers made of rubber)
Dimensions: Available in any given dimensions for length of aluprofiles (left to right) and walking direction (front to back) without compensation profile. Gaps / curves and diagonal can be manufactured according to drawing or template for an extra charge.
Profile can be supplied powder coated to any RAL
