The Edwardian or Georgian style is probably the most popular conservatory design chosen for modern homes as it is primarily a square or rectangular design providing the maximum use of floor space. The flat front and high sloping roof gives a vaulted effect that creates an additional living space that is flooded with natural light.

For conservatories where height restrictions such as bungalow soffits restrict the height at which the conservatory can join the house a double hipped Edwardian roof can be specified. This type of roof is constructed with an additional hip sloping down to the rear and is joined to the house using an integral Aluminium box gutter at a typical height of around 2100mm.

Edwardian conservatories can be specified with traditional French Doors or alternatively you can upgrade the standard eaves beam to a reinforced eaves beam and include bi-fold doors up to 3500mm wide.
