Walk On Rooflights

Our Walk On Rooflights feature a robust toughened and laminated outer pane and are designated CWCT TN92 Class 0 Non-Fragile. We ensure we source top quality glass for our walk on skylights, all manufactured to the highest British Standards, all with optional anti-slip patterns available. Exceeding usual domestic standards, our walk-on rooflights are built to withstand a 2500N/m2 uniform distributed load and a 2000N concentrated load for maximum safety. Non-standard shapes and sizes are available including continuous multi-pane versions and a range of glass options include blue, grey or neutral solar control and satin privacy glass for when rooflights are overlooked.

All of our walk-on roof lights are made using special walk-on glazing made by premier materials specialist Lonsdale Metal. These laminated glass rooflights are made to be walked on, perfect for gardens, roof terraces and more innovative architectural plans. Rooflight centre tests all our walk-on rooflights to ensure multiple people can stand, walk and even dance on our high-quality glass ceilings.

If the height above floor level exceeds 5M, please contact our Technical Department as glass specification likely will need to be upgraded in order to comply with Building Regulations.
