KATlite Aluminium Flat Roof Light

KATlite is suitable for modern new build properties, Extensions or refurbishment projects. It is the modern, practical way of allowing natural light to flood into your home, providing a feeling of space. More and more home designs incorporate flat roof lights to maximise the amount of daylight.

KAT factory glaze every Roof Light with clear toughened double glazing, offering excellent weathering properties to keep your home warm in winter and cool in summer. Solar Control glass in either a neutral tint can be fitted on request. *

The roof light is suitable for Flat Roofs and is installed with a minimum of 5⁰ to allow the water to run off. Delivered by KAT and easy to install via a purpose designed fixing point built into the profile. The roof lantern is screwed down with Stainless Steel self-tapping pan head screws which are supplied with each product.

*Due to the weight, Roof Lights over 75kg will be delivered with double-glazed unit separately for glazing on site. A structural bonding kit with instructions will be supplied.
