JUB Home - ICF Insulated Concrete Formwork System

JUB Home ICF Insulated Concrete Formwork system is a unique through the wall option whereby all the materials from the internal plaster to the external render or wall finishes are manufactured by JUB and with a single warranty.

ICF Insulated Concrete Formwork is thermally efficient EPS Expanded Polystyrene formwork system with a concrete core and can achieve U Values from 0.20 to 0.10W/m2K whilst also providing extremely high structural strength.

JUB Home Offers 15 pre-design properties which can be built as seen or amended as required.

The JUB Home ICF insulated Concrete Formwork System is also designed to reduce the cutting of the blocks onsite. A pre-design service is available which will identify a design and turn it into a JUB Home block design numbering each element for ease of construction on site.

JUB manufacture EPS and well as plasters and render wall finishes, ensuring compatibility between the products and eliminating the issues of different companies being involved in a project.JUB Home is Passive House Certified as well as having an ETA European Technical Approval.
