A 12mm dual resilient acoustic layer laminated to a 22mm T&G P5 chipboard designed for fitting direct to joist or as an overlay to new or existing subfloors

The slim profile and high acoustic performance rating make Acoustic Deck 34c an ideal choice for timber floor refurbishment projects.

Direct to Joist: Acoustic Deck 34c is specifically designed for direct to joist applications after existing timber floor has been removed.

Saves height & saves money. After removing existing timber floors there is no need to lay a new one which overcomes issues with floor to ceiling heights and existing thresholds

Acoustic Testing Compliant  to Approved Document E

JCW Acoustic deck 34C has been tested as shown and certified when used as detailed to provide the necessary acoustic insulation required for compliance with Part E of the Building Regulations for both impact and airborne noise. A chipboard based acoustic deck for direct to joist fitment after the existing timber floor has been replaced, providing enhanced acoustic performance without the need for a new timber sub floor to be laid. May also be used as an overlay treatment to provide superior performance when compared to single resilient layer systems
