Proclad Hygienic Ceiling Panel Cladding Systems are suitable for commercial space, such as Commercial Kitchens and Food Preparation areas, food production and any area where an easy to clean and non- particle shedding ceiling surface is required.

The Proclad ceiling cladding system comprises of 250mm wide interlocking PVC panels that create a hygienic easy clean ceiling. These panels can be fixed directly to an existing overhead surface and do not require a grid structure and is easy to install on both large and small scale projects. The hygienic ceiling construction perimeter is usually finished with a simple J edge, but coving is also available to finish the installation. Proclad Hygienic PVC ceiling panels have a softening point of 60° C - and Spotlights are commonly fitted through the panels.

Colour: Gloss White or White Satin

Application

Install ceilings by using Screws to fix at 30-50cm spacing, use battens if existing ceiling cannot take screws or support panels. Consider using a quadrant as a finishing trim, coving requires a careful mitre to get a good finish.
