IKO Spectraplan Ballasted Roofing Systems - TPE Single Ply Waterproofing - White Solar Reflective Membrane Finish
IKO Spectraplan ballasted systems can be installed over most substrates, including timber and profiled steel. They can be used as the roofing system for flat roof projects and are suitable for both new builds and refurbishments.
As the only TPE membrane manufactured in the UK, IKO Spectraplan achieves 91 on the Solar Reflectance Index (SRI), effectively reflecting sunlight and reducing heat retention.
Overlaps in the IKO Spectraplan SM membrane are mechanically fastened by using IKOfix Thermally Broken Washers and IKOfix fixings into the deck. They are then hot air welded.
The systems can include a wide range of finishes, including a variety of ballasts, concrete loading coats, and more.
