The Herschel iQ R1 Wireless Receiver is designed to be used in conjunction with the T1 Wireless Thermostat or WH1 Central Control Unit in order to control Herschel infrared heaters. The intelligent control created by Herschel is a highly energy efficient and effective way of controlling the heating in your house, building, or outside area. Herschel is about comfort, control, efficiency & style. Herschel Infrared Heaters Together With The Iq Single Zone Starter Pack Or Wh1 Central Control Unit Are Fully Compliant With Ec Directive 2009/125/Ec For Ecodesign Of Local Space Heaters.

The R1 can control up to 2.3kW of Infrared heaters (10 amps) on a 230 volt circuit. Additional R1 Wireless receivers can be added to the same T1 or WH1 Central Control Unit to expand your control to additional zones. They will all receive the same instruction from a T1 Thermostat and will all be individually controllable using a WH1 Central Control Unit.
