Earth HW5202 - Engineered Wood Flooring Bleached & Oiled Douglas Fir 1-Strip 21x300mm Select
HW5202 Earth is a beautiful light brown engineered floor, installed in a one strip pattern. The engineered construction provides the board a significant amount of stability, allowing for natural wood expansion without compromising on the real wood aesthetic.
Earth is finished with a natural oil which has penetrated deep into the grain for additional protection but yet allows the surface to breathe. The sanding texture of the sawmill is retained to create a tactile finish.
Designated as select grade, a mix of almost prime boards and other containing knots of limited size will be included. This clean board is a natural alternative to our prime grade products. You may find some filled elements and you will also see some variation from heartwood and sapwood present.
HW5202 is bevelled edge on all of it's four sides which accentuates the outer perimeter of each individual board. The planks come with a tongue and groove profile and can be either fully bonded to the subfloor using a suitable adhesive or nailed down.
