Hafele - StarTec Mortice Euro Escape Lock (HUKP-0103-15)
Mortice escape lock with euro cylinder operation and 60 mm backset.
Features and benefits:
Internal side escape at all times by depressing the lever handle.
Latchbolt and deadbolt operated by lever or turn from the inside.
Euro cylinder operation from the outside.
24 mm forend radiused. Unhanded - Latchbolt easily reversible.
Hold-tite spindle spring. Heavy sprung for unsprung furniture.
Pierced at 38 mm c.c. for bolt through fixing.
Only requires a lever depression of 25 to fully retract latch bolt.
Tested to BS EN 1634-1:2000.
Suitable for timber fire doors FD30 + FD60.
