KEY CHARACTERISTICS: Timber frames - Frames are made of engineered pine as standard, but oak, larch and special hardwoods are available on request. Triple glazed units. Inward opening with tilt and turn functionality. Sash depth of 92mm. Frame depth of 163mm. Glazing unit depth of 52mm. Best achievable U value of 0.8 (depending on specification). Suitable for Passivhaus developments. Up to 45dB noise reduction. Air tightness class 4. Choice of handles all with multi-point locking high security hardware. PAS24 security tested. Available in any RAL or NCS colour or a range of stained finishes. Bespoke sizes.
