SGG BioClean Cool-Lite ST
SGG BIOCLEAN COOL-LITE ST is a dual-coated glass offering a long-term and effective low maintenance solution coupled with high performance solar control. Both permanent coatings are combined on the same piece of glass and can even be combined with other functional glasses within a sealed unit to enable windows and roofs to deliver maximum comfort for building occupants. The BIOCLEAN coating works in two fundamental ways. Firstly, its photocatalytic properties harness UV light from the sun to break down organic dirt on the surface of the glass. Secondly, its hydrophilic properties mean that water, or rain, forms a sheet of water across the surface of the glass and rinses away the broken-down material.
