ROOFMASTER® STEC

The Roofmaster STEC Plus EC is a series of roof fans comprising of four different unit sizes. The maximum airflow is 1.7 m3/s and the maximum pressure rise is 750 Pa. The fan casing is made of pre-painted galvanized sheet Steel or Aluminium and zinc coated sheet steel. The prepainted sheet steel comes in black. The surface treatment meets the requirements of environmental class C4. The inside of the fan casing and the side plates of the motor compartment have sound insulation. The fan discharges air upwards and the fan unit and its casing can easily be opened for maintenance and cleaning the ducts. The fan casing can be removed to perform maintenance on the motor. The motors are either EC or high efficiency permanent magnet motors that will guarantee a good efficiency for a broad operating range. The rotational speed control comes embedded and integrated into the motor compartment. The motor is located outside of the airflow. The maximum exhaust air temperature is +40ºC. The rotational speed control enables continuous control of the number of rotations through, for example, switch, potentiometric or DDC controls.
