An oak framed garage with 4 bays on the ground floor and 4 bays on the first floor. On the ground floor 2 of the bays are left open at the front while one is enclosed with a pair of iroko garage doors and the other hasa solid single door and a mullion window at the front. On the right hand side is an external staircase leading to the first floor. On the first floor there is a solid single door on the right and at the front are 2 dormers each containing a 4 light window to allow plenty of light into the upper floor.
