A 5 bay oak framed commercial building made up of 2 frames. The first frame is 2 bays in size with a section of full height glazing at the front of one bay while the other bay has an internal aisle at the front, at the rear both bays are made up entirely of full height glazing to allow plenty of natural light in. The second frame is a 3 bay frame with upper floor. On the ground floor the building is attached to the other frame at the front, on the right is a pair of opening garden room doors housed by a small porch as well as there being a 1 light window. The rear of the building has a solid single door again housed by a small porch as well as two 1 light windows to allow the natural light in. The right wall has 2 large windows. The first floor has a large 2 light window on the right wall as well as one on the left wall and at the rear is a 1 light window.
