The ZMD is an industry leading, highly functional, programmable energy meter offering direct connection or CT operated installation.

The ZMD offers a true modular approach to metering; each meter has an integral ‘Plug & Play’ module slot which means it is ideal for standalone metering applications but can be instantly adapted at anytime to form part of a comprehensive Smart metering solution.

Accurate and versatile – the ZMD is a true 4 quadrant meter; it can measure and display import & export values for active & reactive energy as well as maximum demand and half-hourly profiles.

Reliable communications – by using the internet to deliver high speed data from our Three Phase Smart Metering systems to our secure server. Meters can be polled automatically on a daily/weekly/monthly basis and even instantaneous data is available using our high-speed Ethernet Comms Module.

Smart meter communications module – we have a range of high quality ‘Plug & Play’ communications modules for the ZMD three phase meter. The modules come in a range of comms options including: Ethernet, GSM/GPRS, PSTN & RS232/RS485. Each module is ‘hot-swappable’ and offers universal connection for high-speed Data Transmission.
