This integrity-only rolling shutter protects from the spread of fire for at least two hours. It needs less space, is lighter and at a lower price than EI-shutters with insulation.
Effertz fire rated shutters fulfill all European safety requirements, operate in case of a fire alarm gravity failsafe ensuring closure even in case of power failure and are operated by an electrical drive enclosing a hold-open device.
