EcoGrid E40 XXL - Large Format Permeable Paving Grid

The “Universal” 1.33sqm interlocking grid E40 XXL has many uses in a variety of projects as well as ideal alongside our resin aggregate for reinforcement.

EcoGrid E40 XXL has been specifically designed to be a great cost-saving alternative to a concrete or tarmac base for resin installations and for covering larger areas swiftly and efficiently.

Each tile is 133 x 100 x 4cm leading to a very quick install and once connected (locked)together it provides a strong stable monolithic structure (when filled). The large tiles offer a speedy install, you can install over 100m2 per man per hour with our XXL grids.

It withstands temperatures of minus 50c to plus 90c and the capacity of an axle loading of 20 tonnes or a massive 500+ tonne per m2 (depending on the type of fill)

While designed for use with resin installations XXL’s large tile size is also useful in other applications where the larger tile size suits the installation. XXL offers the same loading capabilities as standard EcoGrid E40 and they can be interlocked with each other. With XXL installs we recommend considering taking some standard E40 tiles along with your XXL to reduce waste at the edges of your installation by utilising the smaller E40 tile size.
