Syntesis® Flush - a minimalist design without jambs or architrave
The Syntesis® Flush Double Pocket Door System is part of the Syntesis® Flush Collection, a complete range of flush or architrave-free products that work in harmony with each other. The collection features a pocket door system without jambs or architrave, a concealed hinged door frame for a flush finish, and a flush skirting board adapter. The emphasis is on uninterrupted, clean lines for an interior without fuss, where less is more.

• Reinforced Frame with Innovative Edge Profile: The pocket has an innovative profile design that allows for a crisp plaster finish right to the edge and into the return for a minimalist architrave free appearance. The galvanised steel frame with aluminium profiles is reinforced at key points to avoid strains that can cause cracks in the plaster in similar but less robust products.
• Sealing Strips: The Syntesis® Flush Pocket Door System has paintable sealing strips that close off the space between the door and the track and also allow for small differences in tolerance.
• Ingenious features: The Syntesis® Flush Pocket Door System has a front door stop and an ingenious rear doorstop which can be adjusted without removing the door. So, you can easily adjust how far you want your door to retract into the pocket without having to remove the door.
• Simply Pick the Kit That Fits- kits available to suit 10 UK standard door panel sizes and 3 Irish standard door panel sizes. No cutting is required.
• Range of Finished Wall Thicknesses: 100m,125mm (double-boarded) and 150mm (double-boarded).
• Bespoke Heights and Bespoke Widths- Bespoke sizes with a passage height of up to 3m and a passage width of up to 2.6m are available. Passage heights above 2150mm high or above 2000mm wide require a 125 or 150mm profile to allow them to be double-boarded.
• Range of features to make installation quicker and easier- micro-perforations in horizontals remove the need to pilot drill prior to inserting plasterboard screws; the quick-click system for attaching the horizontals does not require additional screws; a lasered mark on central vertical identifies the centre of each horizontal so no need to pre-mark prior to inserting plasterboard screws; Self-centering door guide that fixes into the frame so it is perfectly centred every time.
