Siberian Larch is dense, straight grained and contains less knots than its European counterpart due to its slow growth. With moderate durability and its resistance to rot and fungal attacks, Siberian Larch is suitable for outdoor use.
This wood is a warm yellow to orange brown shade, with a close grain, this wood is good all round to work.
The weight is 47 lbs/ft³ (755 kg/m³). Stock sizes are 25mm thick, 150mm only, 2.150m+ longer, square-edged.
